Privacy Policy
Last updated July 29, 2026
Arm Your Soul is a Christian ministry. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what control you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
The short version
- The Bloodlines Assessment never leaves your device. Your answers and written notes are saved in your own browser only. They are not transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or visible to anyone else.
- Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. Decline and no analytics cookie is written.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we run no advertising trackers.
Information you give us
Contact form. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the subject you select, and your message. This is delivered to a ministry inbox by email so that we can reply. We keep that correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversation with you.
Prayer requests. If you send a prayer request through the contact form, treat it as you would an email — it is read by ministry staff. Please do not include information you would not want a person to read.
The Bloodlines Assessment
The assessment asks about sensitive subjects, including family history, addiction, abuse, and mental health. We designed it so that we never receive any of it.
Your selections and written responses are stored only in your own browser using local storage. They are not sent to us or to any third party. Clearing your browser data, or using the reset control on the assessment, deletes them. Because the data stays on the device, anyone else who uses that browser profile could see it — use a private window on a shared computer.
The assessment is a faith-based tool for personal reflection. It is not a clinical, psychological, or medical assessment, and it does not diagnose any condition.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. This sets cookies in your browser and shares a truncated IP address and usage events with Google. Until you accept, analytics storage is denied and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the consent banner back.
Hosting and security. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data (including IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Video. Teaching videos are served by Cloudflare Stream. Videos load only after you choose to play them.
Service providers
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and video delivery
- Resend — delivery of contact form messages to our inbox
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only with your consent
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because the only personal information we hold is contact-form correspondence, such requests are usually simple to honor. Write to us through the contact form and we will respond.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
